Arrived in Las Vegas Area and settling in Nov 21 to 25, 2021

On Sunday, November 21 at about 6pm we arrived at Calville Bay Campground in Lake Mead National Park.  It’s a small campground with red rock views, a small view of the lake, and a short drive or 20-minute walk to the Lake Mead Marina and 45-minute drive to the Las Vegas Strip.  This is a nice quiet campground with no serviced sites but a very clean public bathroom and a water/pump out station.  It gets dark very quickly and early here. We now know why seniors eat at 4:30, lol, so they can see the BBQ.  Sun sets at 4:38 and completely dark by 5pm.  We will leave here to stay right in Las Vegas Thursday Nov. 25 so Laureen can hit Black Friday Shopping!!  Woo-Hoo.  We have a few excursions we would like to do before our partners in crime, Vince and Kim, show up. Fingers crossed they can join us by Monday November 28 for a Vegas Show we have booked.
